So if your oil change service is a first come first served/ walk-in basis, then why the hell is it even an option to schedule an appointment on your website? You should probably remove that oil change option from your website, especially if your going to wait all day to call and tell me you don’t do that!
Online lets you schedule an appointment for an oil change, but then they call you and say you can only do it by express. There express is always backed up for hours even if you show up as soon as they open.
