Alex and Jermey were amazing they got me right in and get me back up and running fast. Thank you again.
The service was very good and the employees were very nice. However, I got there 30 minutes after opening, 8:00 am and did not get done with my oil change until 10:15. A bit long.
As always fred got me in and out quickly. Live in central point but always drive to grants pass for any service work.
Always friendly and helpful
Service department seems to do a great job. Crew and staff are very friendly. Explained my options clearly. ** I just wish they took appointments for oil changes. They take appointments up in Roseburg and other Lithia dealerships.
