Had our under-factory warranty Ram 2500 to Grants Pass Lithia Service for an issue. The same afternoon, service called to say it needed to have the rear-differential rebuilt. I was told I was 24 on a parts wait list. The following morning, they called to say they misdiagnosed the issue and that I needed to have the rear differential, front differential and transfer case fluid flushed and replaced. They sold me a car that they didn't even check before selling it to me.... ended up needing a new engine and new transmission.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD I had my 2018 Jeep Compass towed to the service department on 5/13 because it was completely dead and I had just purchased a brand new battery from them in March of this year. Once they were able to diagnose the issue (on Tuesday) they called my husband to say that it was the auxiliary battery and it would cost us $721 to have it replaced.
