This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any dealership. I scheduled a service appointment to have the transmission replaced on a truck I had just purchased. After they completed the replacement, I was sent home with little to no coolant in the intercooler completely unacceptable. Will we drive our vehicles up to get the oil change this time? We had a Saturn Outlook. We had to wait 6 hours then it finally got done on the oil change. We brought it in 8:00 in the morning. Didn't get done till like 1:00 p.m. I don't know what's going on with the workers. It's like they don't care anymore
