I had to bring my truck into Lithia two different times because they did not replace the gaskets on the other side when they were already in there replacing gaskets for an oil leak. I got the truck back the second time it was still leaking oil and there was a check engine light on. The service department I think is running a daycare center. The problem was never resolved and they said that I must have bad luck straight from the technician's mouth. I was traveling through. They were busy and had a full schedule but were able to get me in and get me going back on the road in a very short period of time. Excellent service. Excellent, friendly, kind, helpful & caring people. They even treated my dog like he was a King!
