Our Promaster van broke down on a vacation to Montana. We ended up at the Lithia Chrysler Dodge in Missoula. Despite there being a power outage the previous 3 days due to a storm, Dallas, the service manager, was very accommodating and helpful to try to get our van repaired. I felt he went above and beyond trying his best to get our van repaired! We appreciate the service we received at Lithia Chrysler Dodge and from Dallas and the service technician who repaired our van.
