All good at dealership. Service mgr was good at explaining recalls. Company, not dealership, needs to speed up recall inventory to dealers. Slow currently
I have never in my life had such a bad experience at a service center. I have multiple vans and lived in multiple states. I brought my car in for a simple service. They are texting me instead of calling me. Doing service I did not authorize without even talking to me first. I cannot get anyone to call me back since I’ve dropped it off. I am Ubering over there to get my car rught away right away. I went in with a working car and have been quoted over $3000 of BS that does not need to be done.
