My Jeep has corrosion on the hood that appears to be a fairly common issue. This corrosion will only get worse and the paint will start falling off. It should be covered under warranty but they seem unwilling to help because it isn’t “bad enough”. But this will certainly be bad soon and by then my warranty will have passed. Getting through on the phone is a joke, after calling multiple times leaving messages I had to drive down there to make an appointment. I had bought a truck from them, they put new tires on it and it has severe vibration on the freeway. I assumed they didn't balance the tires. Took it back they "balanced" the tires again still extreme vibration just at different speeds.
Worst service ever. I got my RAM 1500 fleet vehicle from this dealership. After one year I got engine overheating issues and thought to take the truck back to the dealership I got from to get best service. My friend told me not to take the truck to a dealership for repair because they just want to sell cars, and they wouldn’t do a good job taking care of you and get your car fixed ASAP.
