100% ..Definitely don’t buy from here, they’re all smiles and laughs until you have a problem. Brought the car back and they said it was on me to fix it. ( Later found out the vehicle needed a new engine) I had the car for one day. The car was used, and before purchasing it, they guaranteed that it went through their used car checklist for any problems. Now trying to contact someone about the issue has been a real struggle. More interested in making money then helping.
My son bought a used Nissan Murano from Lithia in November 2024 for close to $8,000. We were offered an extended warranty at the time but the car ran well and they assured us they had done a thorough mechanical check-up and all was well. We thought they were trustworthy and believed them. The day after we brought it home the check engine light came on.
