Great staff
We came in from ca because our client had us finishing off their home in Hobson. I called the dodge dealership by chance hoping that they would be able to change the oil in our 2024 TRX. I ended up speaking to a gentlemen in the service department, Lenny Nichols. I explained to him that we were leaving on Thursday and if you could possible get the job done, not only get the job done, but could we wait for it. I am going to preface by saying I haven’t always been the biggest fan of Lithia due to issues I had with the service department. However, they had exactly what my daughter was looking for and Keystow’s stellar engagement tatics drew us in. 😃 The 5 stars are for Keystow, if I could I would give him 100! Keystow is a G ! Spent the whole afternoon with my mom and I to make one of my dream trucks work for me, and then made it work for my mom to get a new GRAND Cherokee. Very funny and awesome dude and would definitely work with him again
