Trying to get the rust on my hood dealt with under warranty. I don’t recall names but I went in the first time to deal with this I went to the 2nd kiosk on the right. He quickly told me that their location doesn’t have a body shop and that I would need to go to Port Lavaca, Victoria or San Antonio. Went there after I had battery issues with my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Service was friendly and replaced both batteries under warranty with no questions. Warranty service at dealerships is usually painful, this was very easy.
