Soonest appointment available was about 3 weeks out. I needed an alignment ASAP. Lithia got me in and done on a rainy Saturday despite only having one advisor and some minor mechanical setbacks.
The origional review was fraudulant I did not give a 5 star as it said. We were ripped off by Lithia Dodge. We went is to purchace a 2500 Ram that would be able to tow 14,000 lbs we looked at a 2500 ram tradesman with a power wagon package.6.4 L gas. The sales rep did not make us aware that this truck with the power wagon package decreases the towing capacity to 10500 lbs. They went ahead and sold it to us anyway. David Machado in service was great. Came in for an oil change, and an odd noise. David kept me informed of the progress, was friendly and respectful. All of my concerns were addressed and I was on my way.
