Would give a 0 if I could. Used to use this location for service and had no complaints but I think it was before lithea took over. Made an appointment online when unable to get anyone on the phone to talk to, no big deal. When I showed up for my appointment they told me they don't do online appointments. Explained I did it in their site and their response was they have been trying to talk to corporate about that. Then said they were booked til for over a month. Service dept. seemed to care more about their phone customers than their customers in front of them. A class in customer care is in order for the entire dept.
Went to do oil change never had a drop of oil before, next day oil is leaking and leaking hard! Horrible service!
