Set up an appointment to test drive a car made an offer online prior to going in they sold the car didn't notify me then wasted more of my time by having me clean out and prep my vehicle for trade in have me come in ...I'm sure to try and sell me something else true salesman tactics not impressed
So my very independent but elderly mother breaks her 15 year old jeeps keyfob and thinks of nothing else but reaching the dealership for a replacement. Gets the "you're the 2nd caller today for our last one" car salesman line but maybe it was high demand day.. Arrives at Lithia and naturally is charged the good ole $100 diagnostics fee while shes handing them a broken keyfob. We're not tracking down a blinker fluid ground wire issue, shes handing over what the problem is .. $400 out the door with fobs and off she goes. First... read more
