They came up with the answer for the problem I had with the car and were courteous in the waiting room.
Had a great experience buying the car. Trying to work with the service department is a nightmare. No one answers the phone or returns your calls. At my last two oil changes I asked to have my tires rotated and they said they didn't need it. I would think the tires should be rotated at least once a year. I was taught every other oil change but not here. If my oil changes were not part of my car deal I would be taking it somewhere else.
Can't answer the phones to save their lives, and after about ten transfers between service and operator made by the automated system you either get disconnected or a foreign call center in India. Meanwhile plenty of homeless citizens of Spokane would probably answer phones all day for a hot and a cot.
