Stay far away for anything other than an oil change and be prepared to wait for that too. My vehicle needed a major repair, just picked it up today after they had it for 3 WEEKS. Very difficult to communicate- many unanswered texts, messages, left on hold for 20 minutes before giving up, finally talking to someone to hear “it’ll be ready tomorrow we’ll call you” to have another day go by etc. The kicker is I’m sitting on the side of the road with the same problem not fixed, after all of that time and expense. Great service. Better then ever
I was in for an oil change. Sheyla welcomed me as I entered the service dock, was friendly, efficient, answered my questions, accurately informed me how long I might need to wait for the change to be completed. Easy to make the appointment, got me in quickly. Much better than at times in the past over the several years I've had service and repair work done at Lithia.
