I would recommend no one buy a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a truck 2 months ago, had problems before driving it off the lot and been lied to about repairs several times, never fixed the issue i bought it with now It no longer runs and the want me to PAY a 250$ diag fee because they refuse to fix this truck that I bought with these problems.
Brought my Jeep in for a wobble. I had to visit in person for a status update, no texts or calls. Called and texted a few more times before someone let me know that my car had been ready for days. And they didn't even fix the wobble. Found that out on I-40 in the middle of a bunch of semis. Now they're even more impossible to get hold of. It would be funny if my car wasn't unsafe to drive. You're better off blindfolding yourself and swinging at your car with a sledgehammer like a pinata.
Have tried for over a month now to schedule Service appointment with no answers or responses. I leave voicemail after voicemail. Tried to drop off my vehicle for Service and they rejected it Due to not having an appointment. This dealership is ran extremely poorly. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership knowing it’s impossible to be serviced. Especially when I paid extra for warranty that can’t be upheld.
Terrible service experience. They never answer phones which means you can’t book an appointment. Then when you stop the service staff demonstrates that they don’t want to help you. This dealership has dropped the ball time and time again.
