I brought my Dodge Durango in for repairs at the end of March 2025. I had the expectation that the best possible place I could take my almost newly-purchased vehicle in was a Dodge Dealership; Man, I could not have been more wrong. I bought a one year old used car from Lithia in July. It was supposedly 'certified' and went through an inspection process. The car is the first hybrid I've owned and it made some sounds that I thought were normal for a hybrid. It turns out that the noises were not normal. I took it to Toyota as it was under warranty still. They diagnosed it with a leaking rear strut, a failing 12v battery and a bad rear wheel bearing. Bought a Chevy at this dealership and was sold a warranty from the dealership. Less than 10,000 miles later the car was giving me issues. I figured, no problem I bought a warranty which was still valid so decided to get it towed (I payed) and fixed there.
