Never before have I left a scathing review like I plan to leave right now. If you can purchase or have your vehicle serviced at ANY other dealer or service center on the planet, DO IT!! In my experience, they are technically incompetent, have no idea what customer service is, nor are interested in customer satisfaction, and seem only interested in filling their pockets with as much money as they can get out of you. Go elsewhere. I paid for my plates through them. I never received them. I called to enquire about them and was told call back later so I did I then spoke to a Juan who said oh if I had called earlier which I informed him I did and he said oh sorry well give me a call tomorrow at 10 and I’ll help you. I called the next day and asked to be transferred to Juan it went to his voicemail so I left a message the next day I waited to see if they call and no one did so I called the next day same thing I got his voicemail and no call ... read more

We really wish we could give a review without a single star. We arrived in Santa Fe on Sunday, March 8th, 2026, with mechanical problems on our 2020 Ram 1500 ecodiesel. We were on vacation and decided to take it to Lithia dealership on Monday morning for diagnostics, thinking a Dodge dealership would be our best bet for a quick diagnostics. We were told that it would take anywhere from 48 to 72 hours to get to our truck, and not even that was guaranteed. Have been a customer since 2005, have a commercial account with the parts Dept. Very upset have lifetime oil changes on my truck, wife took the day off for an oil change service. I was aware of a small leak from the water pump and was sure it would be discovered on the inspection, it was NOT! I inspected the truck when my wife got home and the oil filer was NOT changed, I initial them with a marker just for peace of mind. My son purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership in December 2025, and the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle began showing multiple problems and has now been in the shop for several weeks. The dealership handling the repairs discovered the Jeep needs front and rear brakes, transfer case service, alignment, and diagnostics related to ABS and check engine lights.
