Diesel Particulate Filter - 2021 Ram 3500 - My last service exopierence was WEAK and a WASTE of my time. My service asvisor was UNAPOLOGETIC to the situation when I checked out. I went in for the display not indicating a % value and I was then told that is normal - not by the unknowlagable person that made the apointment. Friendly staff when they are available. I had to leave numerous messages with the service department before I finally got in touch with someone. You need to be really persistent to get through here. They had our 2017 Pacifica for about 7 weeks to fix a blown head gasket that shouldn’t have taken more than two weeks. Moral of the story: Avoid buying a Chrysler. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Never again from Lithia. I wasted money on their "Lifetime Oil Change". There's a 2 month wait on appointments. My car has been in their shop for over 4 weeks for an engine problem. They are ordering more parts that they say will take a week to receive. They don't answer the phone. They take days to return calls. Their service us the worst I have endured in over 50 years.
2 months with no truck. No loaner no stop to my payments. And every time i go in nobody knows anything. Circus of clowns and thieves.
