I had a great experience with the team at Lithia Ford Body Shop, especially Shawn and Chris. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They did a great job on my truck. Put it back to new and went the extra mile.
My wife was driving through a parking lot when someone backed into her car. The other driver admitted fault (thankfully) and their insurance, Progressive, covered the repairs. Lithia Body and Paint was listed as one of their preferred repair centers. We called and Johnny answered the phone. He was super nice and very personable.
