I would beware of this shop at all cost. I have a brand new Lincoln Navigator that got rear ended a month into ownership. I told them all I care about is that it is done right I don’t care how long it takes as long as it gets done correctly. I was surprised to get a call a week ahead of when it was supposed to be done and obviously was very excited to pick it up early. Everything was easy set up, great communication, and worked seamlessly with insurance involved. Repair was complete a day ahead of expected and looks great.
I am highly impressed! They were very fast about it to took about 2 weeks to redo the front left side of my vehicle. Considering all the parts had to be ordered and also repainted this is highly impressive to me. We all know how difficult and a process it can be about ordering original parts. But what's more is they also had it fixed. It looks brand new. Even better then before the accident. What's more is they were very easy to work with and would answer any questions I had along the whole way. Thank you!
Worst dealership. Never taking my Lincoln there. Jim Shreck is a nasty talking person.
