Great shop and office. They made the driver’s side mirror I had smashed into a wall good as new for less than the estimate. Friendly and professional service.
I would avoid this shop at all costs if you want your repair to be factory quality. Had my truck bed side and tail gate "fixed" here. They first time they called and said it was done there was a ton of dirt in the paint. I have seen better jobs done in a barn....literally. I had to take it back not once, but twice and it still has dirt in it. Ontop of that the tail gate gaps are uneven and the tail gate contour does not align with the drivers side tail light. Lithia did a wonderful job. They gave an estimate to insurance quickly. They did all the back and forth with the insurance company as well. Lithia had excellent communication through the whole process. Repairs were done faster than expected, even with the Christmas holiday happening. The car came back to me even cleaner than I left it. Friendly staff with the knowledge and expertise to help anyone!
I highly recommend Lithia Body and Paint. They did an excellent job and even cleaned the inside of our car. Also, we were on a tight timeline and Ryan and Holly made it happen.
