Never met Elke, the owner of this clinic, I found the company through Google. Drawn to her fair pricing and when I made contact via telephone Elke was very kind, reassuring and confident about her range. She was insistent on providing education on the particular product I was interested in, providing a free consultation via telephone. I look forward to my receiving product.
