Fred came out to my house promptly to assess the damage to my roof and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain his findings, answer my questions, and made the entire experience much less stressful. I really appreciated his quick response and would highly recommend him.
I had several other companies come out and look at my roof leak. I called (Litespeed) and even though they didn’t fix it the first time they didn’t give up and they sent out Fred. It didn’t take him long to get on the roof and eyeball exactly what the problem was. He water tested the roof and immediately it started leaking. He proposed repairing the roof a certain way.
