I arrived as a customer and left as a changed person. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best espresso martini I've ever had in my life. Perfectly balanced, smooth, rich, and delicious. The first thing I thought of when I woke up this morning was the espresso martini. Just when I thought things couldn't get any better, the tiramisu arrived. Heavenly. Flawless. Light. Fluffy. If I could give Literary Tavern 10 stars, I would!!! <3

The best drinks and food in CLE. The drink and food menu changes seasonally and everything has been a home run I've been coming here for 5 years and everything has blown my expectations.
This place is an absolute must visit. I've travelled extensively and this spot has earned one of my top favorite places to eat. We had the arancini, root vegetable latkes, fried calamari and veal meatballs. The sauce for the meatballs was the kind of sauce you want more of to dip your bread into. The meatball was perfectly seasoned and tender. The star is the calamari. Do not let the idea of kimchi throw you off, it made the dish.
