We are extremely disappointed with Litehouse Pool and Spas - Wooster location, the customer service and lack of willingness to work with us is unacceptable. We put the deposit down on our pool in March of 2020 and were given an installation date of late May/early June 2020. We were constantly reaching out to Litehouse on a weekly basis to get more information on when/where/how this was going to be installed. We are sorry for your experience during your pool installation. We try to alleviate, stay ahead of, and adjust with any installation issues. Each pool installation and environment is different. We are sorry for any miscommunication. No excuses. We feel that the installation issues were rectified with the discounted and refunded installation fees and agreed upon over dig excavation price on June 30, 2020.
