This store would not be the amazing place that it is if it wasn't for Tom! He personally welcomes you through the door and he remembers all the things that I had bought in the past! His recommendations are always spot on and he has even assembled some things for me in the past because I had no clue how to. Tom has made pool ownership a wonderful experience for me! Please give this man a raise!
Staff is great, always friendly and helpful . Well I have to change my review. Today it wasn't so great. Not very friendly. Not very helpful I felt like I was interrupting they're quiet time it showed. If Tom and the lady that works there, were there. The experience there would have been. way better because they are very helpful. They never make you feel like you're bothering them. Ken was always great. Always helpful and knowledgeable with all of my pool needs.
We just had our pool liner installed by Connor & Aaron. They were absolutely amazing, within 1:40 they had it in, and all back together. Very personable and friendly, would recommend them 100%. Thanks guys!!
