This place is a rip off and a joke. I did not purchase my pool from litehouse pools and more, and here is why. My husband and I went in to get information and pricing on a pool. Dan was our saleperson. He did nothing but talk, and when I mean talk I mean talk. To the point of feel being condescending. He started by pushing his "super packaged" pool. I'm new to having a big pool(27'), so I have had a lot of questions. Every single time I have called or came in with a question, the guys at Mentor Litehouse have been nothing but knowledgeable and completely helpful and courteous. Jeff, is one that I remember off the top of my head…customer service at its best. I will always go there first. They rock!

I have done business with Litehouse Pools in Mentor Ohio for a few years now. Although I have had a few bumps in the road my purchasing of my Hottub and my tanning bed have been very easy, my dealings with my sales guy, who also happens to be the Manager Jeff Marcin is excellent, their set up of the items purchased was timely and for the most part my experience with them has been fantastic. Lighthouse Pools Is GARBAGE - You are forewarned !!! – I will leave my review later. Simple and quick, Lighthouse is out to sell you a pool, nothing more. Look at the picture I have uploaded, what do you see ? a green pool, algae filled to the brim. They sold me a 24 foot pool with a pump that could only keep a 15 foot pool clean, not the size of the one I bought. Great Service Can not think of a thing. I have used this __cpLocation twice my sister has used it several times and I revered a friend who used it a couple of days ago this is the best u haul __cpLocation we have ever used, the staff is always cheerful,friendly and very helpful. Always a easy quick in and out on pick up and return. Thank You.

Customer service NIGHTMARE – I purchased a pool from them 4 years ago. It was promised to be installed the first week of June...they finally installed it right before 4th of July. When the city came to inspect, they had to tear it down and move it because it was too close to the power lines....NOW 4 years later, after winterizing and closing I noticed that the water level had dropped 2 feet. poor customer service – We purchased a pool and did a self-install, pool was leveled with a laser level and a sand cove was installed before liner. It was 65 the day we installed the pool but the next day when we put liner in it was 50 degrees at the most......Once the water was put in the walls were buckled...so we stopped and called Lighthouse (CALL US We will help with ANY questions...) He said go ahead and fill it should be OK....well the pool is collasped over a week now and still no answers from the company!!!
