Dropped by Litehouse to see what kind of selection they had available. I found a nice 2 person plug and play available online for $3,500. While they did have some available, they were a bit more than that. The sales associate Jennifer was accommodating and tried to help me and gave me a brochure as what could be ordered. The store is nice and well kept, and friendly service.
Purchased a 21 foot above ground pool and also installation . Installer Jeff was fantastic. He clearly communicated throughout the process and the installation was exceptional. His crew was in and out with ease even with our property having a downward slope.
We had a very disappointing experience with Litehouse Pools & Spas in Ontario, Ohio when purchasing a new hot tub cover. We paid in full in early November and were told someone would come measure. It took weeks for the first measurement, then they had to come back to remeasure. The cover arrived mid-January to their store, but wasn’t delivered until February.
