I have been using my pool needs for years with your Mansfield Ohio store. I recently had an issue with a new Beetbot robot that I purchased from this store. I had some issues with the product that i couldn’t resolve with the Manufacturer. Your manager, Heather, helped me resolve my problem quickly and to my utmost satisfaction. Hands down Great experience and Knowledge of all my questions and concerns. Heather Snell knows her stuff! I had my pool installed last year and it's been a great experience !! Well this year, time got away from me and I accidentally let it get really bad. So green I thought I'd have to drain the pool. I have dealt with the Mansfield Litehouse store #07, since 1988. Always a great place and Jeff, their installer is amazing person, very thorough and professional. I purchased a new pool in 2019 and in fall 2024 it started leaking. I paid $2,000 for a new liner, installation and water. Come spring of 25 I had to pay for water again cuz the pool was so low.
