Place is nice . Been there a few times. Some employees seem to not like their job. Kind of pricey but nice
Bought an 18’x33’ oval from Greg . Salesman ordered wrong size liner (which was never even shipped) didn’t discover there was no liner until halfway through install. We also ordered the Prowler robotic cleaner & 4 solar heaters which never arrived.Sunday being Fathers Day the grandkids were very excited to swim & now can’t. Contacted the store yes the items will be here Monday but quite frankly don’t care that doesn’t do anything for Sunday. If I had the option I would return the pool & go elsewhere. I came in to look for a bullfrog spa, was greeted by Madeline. She was very insightful and catered to all my needs. Will definitely be back!
I have not had the best of luck with some staff members nor service. Mixed for sure. The one constant that has me as a customer is Carissa. She has always problem solved and followed up and has phenomenal customer service. She cares and it shows.
