Great product great service I finally decided to get an artifical tree and give up getting a fresh tree every year. I wanted a really nice one and found a beautiful one at Litehouse. It's huge, over nine feet tall and fully loaded with white lights. After the first year when we put it up again part of the lights weren't lighting. I couldn't find the problem for anything and so I took the section back and the customer service guy took it in the back and came back a few minutes later with it all fixed.There was no charge and I... read more
Incredible patience. I went to this store with a cousin. She was having problems with the ph in her pool. One of the salesmen talked to us for quite a while to explain what was going on and how to counteract the problem. We purchased what he recommended and followed his recommended procedure and she never had another problem.Â
Shop elsewhere Three years ago I purchased a pool and a hot tub from the Akron store. The hot tub was supposed to be a 1 year old floor model. What was delivered was a 3 year old hot tub. After many attempts to rectify this I was finally given a pool heater for my troubles, which were many. I now find out three years later that the heater was only meant for a 900 gallon pool. Find a different company We wanted them to come out and open our pool... it was a little pricey. But we were told their price included hooking up the filter, cleaning the winter cover, hooking up the skimmer, and shocking the pool (although there was an additional charge for all chemicals used). We were also told we had to drain as much water off the top of the pool as we could prior to their visit.
