Brad was our salesmen and he was so great!! This was our first pool purchase and he really took the time to explain everything to us, let us know what we needed and what we could do without. I will NEVER go to this company again! All they care about is the money! From day one they are so nice and available to help, but once they get their sale and money they could care less! Awful customer service and management and headquarters are even worse!
Now I have found this company to be extremely easy to deal with. I find that the staff is more than willing to do what is needed to fix an issue. The staff is very knowledgable and great. The manager has been there for over 15 years and really cares. The assistant manager Matt is a wonderful person and really helped me out when I had my pool turn green on me this year. I have been a Litehouse spa customer for many years. The staff is always well informed and very helpful. My friends purchased from another pool and spa dealer in Canton and they have had nothing but problems. I have shopped at all of the spa places in canton for chemicals and Litehouse always has the best deals and the best customer service.
