From the first phone call it was apparent Kam was heads above every shop I called. He scheduled the repair the next day on a Saturday several days before every other shop. His demeanor, and customer service were excellent. It is clear he cares about the customer, is genuine, and goes out of his way to see the job is done right. When minor complications arose due to the age of my vehicle, he stayed late (after 6pm) to make sure the repair was done right. Litefusion has a bright future as a premier autoglass shop. Kam was amazing to work with! Had to change my appt after being in an auto accident and he was so understanding! Prices are competitive and Kam came to my home to complete the repair making it quick and easy for me to get back on the road!
