Five-star experience.
Litefit gym really helped me fall back in love with working out and taking care of my body!! I unfortunately moved and was unable to continue with this gym, but am grateful for my time here and would recommend everyone try it out! The unlimited membership really allows for you to come as much as you can throughout the week and hit all the different muscle groups. Welcoming community and uplifting coaches to guide you through. LiteFIT is a great Gym! The workouts are challenging and the coaches are so motivating and kind. They do a great job explaining form, correcting form, helping you find the right weights and encouraging you to push yourself when you can go heavier. They all show up happy to be there and happy to help. Kim the owner doesn’t just own the gym she workouts in classes, she coaches and she brings her family along. This is the best gym! Everyone there is so wonderful and goes the extra mile. It was perfect for me starting back postpartum. Instructors ashley and Kim even helped me with my c section issues and modified me when needed. I love every single instructor and never get the “gym scaries.” You can also bring your kids if needed. Thankful for this place!
