Best family gym around!
LiteFIT is a great Gym! The workouts are challenging and the coaches are so motivating and kind. They do a great job explaining form, correcting form, helping you find the right weights and encouraging you to push yourself when you can go heavier. They all show up happy to be there and happy to help. Kim the owner doesn’t just own the gym she workouts in classes, she coaches and she brings her family along. This is the best gym! Everyone there is so wonderful and goes the extra mile. It was perfect for me starting back postpartum. Instructors ashley and Kim even helped me with my c section issues and modified me when needed. I love every single instructor and never get the “gym scaries.” You can also bring your kids if needed. Thankful for this place!
The gym space is great, especially since the expansion into the neighboring unit. I really enjoy the concept of group workouts and the sense of accountability that comes with them. However, my main concern with this business is the lack of consistent trainer certifications. During my 18+ month membership, the trainers i was working with her not certified, and unfortunately, I was coached through an injury in a way that made it significantly worse. I have been coming to LiteFIT for roughly three weeks now. A friend of mine invited me when it was bring a friend to the gym week. I absolutely fell in love! I have had both Chelsea and Ashley as trainers and they have both been wonderful! The atmosphere is uplifting and energized! You leave the gym feeling beautiful EVERYTIME.
