I shopped every place in Kansas City that sells salon chairs. Litebox by far had the best looking and custom chairs nowhere else could match. My salon looks so high class with the chairs litebox sold me.
I'm sensing racial discrimination.
Everyone please avoid this business and never buy any products from them if you don’t wanna get trouble for your business. I ordered 16 pedi chairs from them since the beginning of August 2019 and never received my order until February 2020. They made my shop delayed on the Grand Opening day for 2 weeks and haven’t responded for anything. The owner said he will make it right but after the chairs had delivered, he disappeared and didn’t do like what he promised. Never ever recommend this business to anyone.
