I had the pleasure of retaining Lite Window & Door for a recent remodel and replacement of windows. Our house is an odd design and when I reached out to Pagelyn she came out the next day to meet with me and then happily provided not only the specs on what I thought I needed but provided some other options that were much more appealing and appropriate for the look we were trying to achieve. This company went above and beyond! They researched whether our 21 year old windows were under warranty without us asking and got all the glass for free. They were super responsive as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
