I’ve been to this space before so I know it has great potential! Which is why the time I spent there yesterday was a bit disappointing. Mostly, it looked like the space just wasn’t being taken care of by the people who have rented it in the past. Overall, it just looked messy, disheveled, furniture was out of place, rugs and garbage were just thrown haphazardly on the ground, etc. It really makes me sad to see since, like I said, I’ve been to the studio before, and it was absolutely perfect.

Getting in was easy, the place was very well lit with lots of windows and overhead lighting. Biggest issue and reason for 2 Star is cleanliness. It wasn’t very clean, stuff all over the floor, blankets on bed had stuff all over them and were really dirty. Couches all had a ton of stains as well. White walls had black marks and scuffs everywhere, and the bow wall more then half the bows have fallen down and the words aren’t even up like they should be. Not a very good experience, cut session short due to these things.

**updating review** lite reached out to make things right, as it was not an error on their part. But another photographers error. I’ve regularly rented this studio for over two years and have always had positive experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. Yesterday, during my scheduled rental time, a boudoir session walked into the studio while I was actively shooting a newborn/family session with children present. This immediately made the family I was working with uncomfortable and disrupted the session.

Zero stars if I could. I had a confirmed 1:00 PM appointment for a family shoot, but the studio was double-booked until 2:30 PM. Managing small babies for a photo shoot is hard enough without being left in limbo for 90 minutes. This was a complete waste of our time and energy. I expect an immediate refund for the session they failed to provide.
