J'ai apporté ma voiture à 9h aujourd'hui pour l'entretien annuel et pour changer mes pneus et à 18h00 ils ne m'avaient même pas encore appelé. J'ai décidé de me rendre sur place étant donné que ça ferme à 19h. Par le temps que j'arrive là, il était 18h45 et en rentrant dans le stationnement les lumières se ferment dans le garage. Quand j'entre au service il n'y a qu'un employé et il s'apprêtait à partir. Je lui demande si ma voiture est prête et il me dit qu'ils m'ont oublié... Just purchased a used Mazda at Elite Mazda. I had no appointment but the sales person Pierre, stepped up and helped me right away. He was very pleasant and spoke both French and English. Our interaction from allowing me to test drive the vehicle and then discuss the price and trade in options for me were very respectful and I did not feel and pressure.
