Extremely horrible experience. Dr sammar hazzan was extremely rude. She lied on the after visit summary saying I left because she wouldn't prescribe me larazapan which i did not ask her to fill. My orthopedic surgeon prescribes that. She kept leaving the room. So I left and her white jacket was extremely disgusting with a huge blood stain on the shoulder. I did not like her and will never return prohealth again
This office is horrible. Phone calls are not returned, messages are not answered. I could write so much but this sums it up. IF you are looking for a new doctor....look elsewhere.

Terrible as a women coming from healthcare. With knowledge that office is terrible. Walked in with a family member, provider didn’t even know her patients background, to only shock me even more as a patient who is clearly older. As a provider you should know what medications are for, not asking that patient what they are for…… yet along provider did a physical exam and I had to request an ultrasound considering certain things weren’t right in certain test… if my family member did not have someone there with medical knowledge... read more
