Your employee was pleasant and prompt for my mobile recall appointment. Did what he had to do. Have had no troubles since.
Apparently, my bronco has a recall on the infotainment center. Your Technician came to my house and spent three hours trying to fix it. And was not able to. Then I was asked to bring the bronco in for another attempt. Which did not result in the fix. Chris from the service department said he would get back to me after Ford would let him know what to do. I have not heard from him since my last visit. There’s been no resolution to my infotainment Recall.
Had A/C vent recall repair along with the Ford works package for routine maintenance. Service advisor very nice getting me in and out in timely fashion. Trading in Bronco next month for something smaller.
