Have been a patient with lfpc for 20 years but they incorrectly coded some tests I had done recently, after a year of me refusing to pay the 5 dollars they charged me incorrectly I was dropped as a patient. Update....they have been sending me a bill for $5 for the last 5+ years. I was tired of going out of town to a doctor that accepted my insurance so I called them to pay, $5 bill in hand, and the lady on the phone flat out would not take my $5 payment and said I could pay $150 but still could not return as a patient.
wonderful nurses receptionists and doctors! i’ve been going here since i was little and i have always felt respected and actually cared for by the staff! i’ve never had any problems with them! my doctor was Dr. Shanel Rhodes who is now gone but she did everything she could make me feel well cared for and actually heard with my problems!
This facility should have ZERO stars. Every doctor here is a joke. They WILL NOT answer phone calls, they won’t call you back for a week when you leave a voicemail. Been on hold for 37 minutes while they sit in their cubicles and ignore the phones. They fail to send over prescriptions to the pharmacy. WHO IS HIRING FOR THIS FACILITY? THEY NEED FIRED AND REPLACED TOO.
The only thing I needed was a referral for a bone density scan, none of the doctors in this practice were willing to see me. Absolutely unacceptable.
10 am appointment still sitting here at 11.
