Apathetic towards my issues and very judgemental. They don't seem to value your time at all. Super inconvenient phone system. You'll be playing phone tag with them a lot unless you have a lot of free time.

Went back because they prescribed me the wrong antibiotics after calling, requesting a few more days of antibiotics. I was told to call my doctor for a refill. I went back the next day, in so much pain I could barely walk and some woman yelled at me in front of a full waiting room “we can’t help you. We talked to you about this yesterday.” I promptly got an appointment with my pcp and both the nurse and doctor apologized for the actions of prime time.
