Hygienist, assistant and Dr were amazing. Front staff was ridiculous, gal comes out and explains a treatment plan in front of all other patients in the lobby, super unprofessional and definitely a violation of patient privacy!! Wrong information from each rep, unbelievable they should take patient notes to avoid miscommunication. Will not be returning here
Friendly and welcoming front office! Dentist and assistants were good, thorough appt . Hygienist was super informative and sweet, made me feel confident and comfortable with procedures and find forth with. Dr was awesome and throughout kept giving me step by step, nice and listened well! Def recommend. Clean and organized office! After 10+ years of not having dental service this restored my confidence in healthcare again!
Great experience! Fast, pleasant dentist. Hygienist that cleaned my teeth was gentle & got the job done perfectly! This was my 1st visit. Great staff! Update, 2024. The crown that I paid almost 10k for breaks once or twice a year. I have to take off work to go back to have it fixed. I have 4 other cro2ns and I have never had problems with them. The crown that was in place prior to coming here to replace it was in my mouth for 6 years with no problem but since the replacement, it breaks on average once or twice a year... I do... read more
Everyone is always so friendly and very knowledgeable. I travel 30 mins just to go here.
I discovered Litchfield Dental at the beginning of 2024 and consider myself lucky to have found this office. They are the most caring, considerate and organized dental office I’ve ever been to. I wish I had discovered them long ago. The staff is amazing and Dr. Yokhana is just the nicest soul. I recommend this office every chance I get to anyone looking for a great dental experience.
