This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a dental appointment. Everyone I met was fantastic and the environment was really welcoming. Dr. Sideris took his time explaining everything and I just can’t say enough how happy I am with every aspect of my visit. The care is really felt and I’m so happy to be a patient here.
I am a person with very sensitive teeth, and I am full of anxiety for every dental visit. However, since coming to Litchfield Dental Associates a few years ago, I can go to a visit with less anxiety and worry. Everyone I have met from the dentists, assistants and staff have been so patient and I really feel heard when I am there! I went in today, had another wondeful experience and would highly recommend them!
First dental appointment was exceptional. Jen the hygienist was great. Dr. Pinkos and all staff were exceptional. Very caring staff. Would highly recommend.
Had an appointment for cleaning, woke up that morning with a sore throat, and had to cancel, and they sent me a bill because I didn't cancel 24 hours earlier. Just spent $4500 for a cap that took them less than 2 hours, and been going to them for many years. Katie who i talked to concerning this bill, wouldn't return my calls, and when I finally talked with her, she was very rude, and said I had to pay the bill. Very disappointed in Dr Sideris staff, and how they treat customers. Don't waste your time going there
Frankly, it was my best ever experience with a dentist. The girls helped me bring my wife, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s, into the dental office. They quickly proceeded to do X-rays and teeth cleaning, and then Dr Pinko followed through with his examination and recommendations. All without a peep from the patient and smiles on all faces. Excellent patient care and a pleasure to witness.
