My experience with Blaine Smith was extremely unprofessional. He appeared to fail to educate himself about the law pertaining to the case. He was extremely arrogant and was never available. He appears very comfortable refusing to return phone calls. He make accusations and was very unfriendly. Overall he fits the stereotype of an arrogant uneducated attorney who will use his position to bully and force his way. I would not hire this firm if they were the only attorneys in Kansas City.
