Reached out to Steven on a Saturday and even though closed on Sunday was able to fit me in due to my work schedule through week. Process was quick and painless and down to earth guy. Definitely would recommend.
I communicated with Stephen on Saturday to confirm the availability of a 14-foot trailer. Even though it was an hour-and-a-half drive to pick it up, it was well worth it. Stephen waited after business hours on Monday and had everything ready—paperwork completed, tags on the trailer, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The trailer is an excellent build and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Lit-Up Trailers and truly appreciate Stephen’s professionalism and efficiency.
