The results that this gym achieves are incredible. It is Personal training at a fraction of the price and they work with your injuries and support you 100%. So worth the money. Outstanding trainers and i have gone from a regular physique to great shape. Thank you
Good vibe and a great place to train. The workout routine is changing on a regular basis (and shown on TV screens). You have equipment on two floors, so there’s always enough space. Small group sessions are fun and you get PT level attention. Highly recommend
Best place if you want to get back in shape, build strength, work on your cardio or simply keep a good general fitness. Trainers are great and Neville really knows how to push you to see results quickly but in a gentle and safe way. I highly recommend joining LIT!
