Just got off the phone with this rude, disrespectful owner who repeatedly called me ghetto and accused me of trying to "get money out of" her for services that I paid for a couple years ago that she activated then personally cancelled!! I bought a Groupon for our daughter (massage and facial) for a Christmas present and she just redeemed today. My daughter loved it so much that she now never wants to go anywhere else. Lisz is so wonderful and it was such a great spa treatment!

What a TERRIBLE experience. I bought the promotional 3-massage package 2.5 years ago and specifically asked if there was an expiration date. I was told no. I had one massage left on my package, and I was just refused service by the owner who said it had expired (which is not on my receipt OR the brochure). She blamed it on an uninformed employee who must have given me bad information. Newsflash: You, the owner, are responsible for your employee's mistakes. Friendly people, good massage. Good atmosphere. The massage I got was so good that I even fell asleep, I recommend this place.
