Testing itself okay. Friendly staff. Small issues with optometrist adding bifocal need to prescription and not mentioning it. Also large change in prescription though told there was not. BIG issues with attempts to upsell. Said I needed imaging at a cost of $100 when it turns out they can do it with drops at NO CHARGE! Also called to get BD number as not in prescription and told they do it but it costs an extra $25?!?! Ridiculous!
Always great service here. Been to three of the doctors and haven’t had one I disliked. Very informative and first to show you exactly what they see instead of hiding it from you! They are also amazing with children, super friendly, caring and patient. Highly recommend this business to all.
Great experience! Staff is very helpful with picking out glasses.
