I have lived in listowel for 15 years now. My family and I have had many medical issues and since we live near the hospital we tend to go to this one. However this is by far the worst hospital I’ve been to. Every time I go I have to wait an extensive amount of time just to get seen (5+ hours). Not only do I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time, most of the nurses and staff fool around, I had went today and saw nurses laying down on chairs, talking with one another over things that were very unrelated to the hospital and ... read more

This hospital seems to be exceptionally run. I come from the tri-cities and never had a great experience in the hospital there. Since moving out this way a few years ago I’ve visited listowel hospital a few times for different ailments and each and every time the care and service has been incomparable.

Listowel hospital very rude person working and the x-ray 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 very rough and x-ray almost rebroke my Bone

2024: Excellent care on the part of nurses and physician. Thorough, kind and efficient. 2025: I came back again (almost a year later), and this time I had to stay. Once again, the care has been excellent. I think many of the negative reviews stem from frustration with wait times, which is unfortunate because they don’t fairly reflect the quality of care provided. Personally, I don’t mind waiting—I figure if I have to wait, my condition isn’t serious, and for that, I’m thankful! So far, they’ve never been wrong. And when it i... read more
