Rude on the phone. Didn’t seem interested in helping me or even hearing what the issue was. Didn’t even ask what kind of vehicle. Would not recommend solely on first impression customer service.

My daughter in law found this place and what a great find! Personal attention and great service! Many garages disrespect women and assume that they know nothing about their cars (not true). Everyone here expected that I knew what I was talking about, gave me great down the road advice AND cut my dealership estimate in half. I will happily drive from Stratford for this kind of service.
