Nice enough guy but claiming to “be the best, paying attention to details, so worth the price” we sadly learned the opposite was true. Paint on hardware, cracks missed, minimal sanding to remove older paint, no old nail holes or trim gouges were even filled! Paint at baseboards already chipping off! Exactly what we discussed upfront that “ naturally I’ll do that” was not done and worse when I asked to have these touch ups corrected he charged me additional by the hour.
