Absolute joke, I’m with nursery lane surgery and I am really ill with no energy, I think I have an infection of some sort but they sent me to a surgery far away from where I live. My mum also has the same illness I do and she was the call after me and got offered an appointment at the surgery I had just been told had nothing until tomorrow, so they just straight up lied to me over the phone, terrible surgery

Unfortunately my interaction with the receptionist was not handled well. She came across as rude and intimidating. She did not seem interested in listening to me. Her tone was dismissive as if she was speaking to a child. She also did not let me know when she had finished assisting me instead she started speaking to the next person while I was still standing there, unsure whether the conversation had ended. The experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and undervalued.

Constant problems just to get to speak to a dr a rude unhelpful receptionist not just once but every time

Firstly the last time I visited my gp in person, I was judged horrendously, I had problems with my joints and the Doctor did not even ask to look at the affected areas, blamed my weight as well as told me to exercise more, even after I stated I worked full time and exercised daily. "Well if you don't get up and moving it can make your joints hurt" Direct quote. I have a long standing problem, it is hard to loose weight after gaining it, which my doctor should know.
