This GP practice should be closed down. They are beyond incompetent. Sending repeat prescriptions twice to a pharmacy in Nottingham and Leicester. Contacting them is a joke. The Receptionists are rude and unprofessional and need a course in customer service. You ring and are cut off as soon as you reach number 1 in the queue.
I received a requested telephone consultation from a doctor about a very personal sensitive issue, only to be dismissed and only given my request reluctantly as I thought. When attending the surgery reception and receiving my blood test request it not indicate my original request.
