We saw Dr Graham at the walk in clinic last week for our 16 month old son who has had a rotten run with health this year. He was really chesty and looked miserable. She checked him over with care and warmth and prescribed some medicine which helped within 48 hours. A lovely doctor and Lister House is blessed to have her on their service.
Terrible reception won’t even pick up phone calls
I tried calling them to book an appointment the whole day and their reception won’t take any calls the phone hangs up as soon as I press one for reception!
The reception staff are rude and ignore people standing there waiting to be served. I tried to ring the clinic today several times and no one ever answered. The doctors are great though. Reception staff are letting the team down.
Very disappointed with lister house medial centre, since the sale and retirement of Dr Wilson the place has gone to the dogs, Had an appointment, was made to feel like i was such an inconvenience Only required a blood test, script renewed and a referral renewed. Was told could do that all in one appointment would have to book another and was shown the door, however was charged a double appointment for the 7 and a half minutes i was with the doctor, I think it would be cheaper and will get far better service if I now go to Ba... read more
