Good Doctors but had to wait over one hour to see Doctor for very minor need. Was sitting between two people BOTH with booking for 1pm! They went in at 2 and 2.10 or so. My appt 1.15 was seen at almost 2.20.
Not a very welcoming place, especially when you are unwell and feeling vulnerable
Had a phone consult booked for 9.50am for my child. At 10.50am I rang reception to find out was going on. Was on hold for 56 minutes and then cut off. Rang back and put on hold again. After 20 minutes being on hold again I asked someone to drive to Lister house clinic to find out what has going on. They got the receptionist to ring me and they informed me that the doctor had called in sick so she would reschedule me when the doctor was better. Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of doctors with different areas of special interest. Easy to make appointments through HotDoc app or calling the clinic. IMPORTANT: read info on each of the doctors before making an appointment to ensure you're going to get the best care. At the time of this review there's one GP who does not prescribe opioids and/or benzo medications even for long-term clinic patients with chronic pain and their usual GP is away when a routine prescription is needed; one of the male doctors does not ... read more
This place has been a mixed experience for me. Some of the drs have been wonderful & some have been awful to me. I like how contemporary it looks inside
