Terrible reception won’t even pick up phone calls
I tried calling them to book an appointment the whole day and their reception won’t take any calls the phone hangs up as soon as I press one for reception!
The reception staff are rude and ignore people standing there waiting to be served. I tried to ring the clinic today several times and no one ever answered. The doctors are great though. Reception staff are letting the team down.
Very disappointed with lister house medial centre, since the sale and retirement of Dr Wilson the place has gone to the dogs, Had an appointment, was made to feel like i was such an inconvenience Only required a blood test, script renewed and a referral renewed. Was told could do that all in one appointment would have to book another and was shown the door, however was charged a double appointment for the 7 and a half minutes i was with the doctor, I think it would be cheaper and will get far better service if I now go to Ba... read more
Scammed. I am extremely disappointed with the service. Consulted with Dr. P****i R** for sore throat and flu. The appointment was so quick that the doctor suggested a Covid 19 check and mentioned that they would send the results via SMS. Fast forward a couple of days - I get sent an invoice of 254$ for a Covid 19 test??? Which I was not informed of by the doctor nor the receipt, not to mention the 100$ fee for a 5 minute consultation (which is still acceptable).
