Go with another provider: terrible communication. We were confirmed for the Shard over the phone and when we got here they said our appponyment was in Chelsea. Chaotic and disorganized. I would not recommend.
No answer to phone calls over the course of 7 days, held on hold for an hour at a time. Also no response to emails. This is not the sort of treatment one expects from a Private Healthcare provider charging large sums of money. Do not bother contacting them, use another!
