AVOID AVOID AVOID! this man who attended was screaming, aggressive and rude. He huffing and puffing the entire visit and then walked out, tiles on the floor damaged, plinth keep falling down, lost clips on our vent. I had to call the company whilst he was still in our home due to his aggressive nature
