After numerous sports accidents and surgeries (from whiplash to the odd broken bone, arthritis and a knee replacement!) Deanna helped my range of motion throughout, explaining as she went - loosening up tight tendons and ligaments, scar tissue and adhesions, and helping arthritic joints to regain range of motion. Osteopathy is a holistic and thoughtful hands on approach to reading the body's mechanics and helping to bring it back to a balanced 'well-oiled' machine! I call Deanna a 'body-whisperer'' LOL!
