I was a client of listen360 and then I had to cancel. I started being charged months later and begged for months for someone to refund me and help ensure it doesn't happen again. I have emailed over 15 times and spoken with 2 different people. I continue to be ignored and to this day have not been responded to. I never take the time to write reviews, but they've had me begging and chosen to treat me like I don't matter.
