LTYB moonee ponds is one of the best personal training studios I have been involved with. The trainers are at a very high standard and many have high levels of knowledge of biomechanics and injuries. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and i have learnt more in 10 mths here than any ither gym!
I’ve been coming to LTYB Moonee Ponds since April of this year and it is a great fitness studio. I appreciate arriving and receiving a personalised exercise plan which I can always ask to be adjusted based on areas I’d like to target. Both the trainers and members create a friendly and supportive environment. There’s also a variety of classes - personal training, HIIT, boxing and as of recent an open day.
